What Georgia shops can ask for
Pump and intensifier service for HyPlex and HyperJet systems, repair and troubleshooting of motion, controls and cutting heads, calibration and accuracy checks, preventive maintenance planning, and installation or relocation of Flow waterjets.
Machine down?
Call 706-476-3632 or send the form. Include the machine and pump model, the exact alarm text, pressure behavior and what changed before the fault. That lets Chris say whether the problem needs a visit, which parts to confirm, and what to check safely first. Highline does not guarantee a response or arrival time.
Relocating or installing a machine in Georgia
Moving a machine between plants, or setting up a newly delivered one, involves riggers, electricians and utilities. Highline can handle the waterjet side: documentation review, readiness checks, startup, calibration and acceptance checks. Responsibilities for rigging, electrical and water supply are agreed per job. See installation and relocation support.
Who does the work
Chris Campbell, personally. Highline Waterjet Services LLC is independent: it is not Flow-authorized and not affiliated with Flow International. If your machine is under a manufacturer warranty or service agreement, check its terms before arranging third-party work. Highline is an independent nationwide field service contractor. Georgia and the Southeast are priority service areas; that describes where Chris is focusing, not a promise of arrival or response time. Also see the Southeast and all service areas.
