The person behind Highline

Chris Campbell. Independent waterjet field service.

Highline Waterjet Services LLC was established on August 26, 2026. Chris brings individual field experience that predates the company, including work as a Flow field service engineer from 2019 through 2023.

Experience connected to the equipment

The service conversation starts with the installed configuration and the shop’s actual concern. A pressure problem, dimensional error, recurring alarm or relocation each calls for a different plan. Chris reviews the symptoms and available documentation before defining the work.

Highline offers independent repair and planned service, with Flow equipment as a primary focus. The exact equipment, documentation, tooling, parts and site requirements determine which work can be accepted.

Clear scope before the visit

Describe the machine, pump, symptoms and location. Chris can discuss the proposed service approach, travel, parts needs and availability with you. Scheduling a nationwide visit requires confirmation; this site does not promise a dispatch window or guaranteed repair outcome.

Highline is not an OEM-authorized service center and is not affiliated with Flow International. Former employment is Chris’s personal work history, not a current manufacturer credential or Highline company tenure.
